Living with openness and perspective

This villa project extends across a plot of approximately 430 square meters. The architectural concept was developed with the aim of creating a strong connection between interior and exterior spaces. An extroverted building structure was chosen to make this connection spatially tangible.
At the center of the design is an integrated terrace with a generously cantilevered roof. This arrangement created a spatial structure divided into three zones: the open outdoor area, the semi-open terrace with veranda, and the enclosed living space. The transitions between these zones were deliberately designed to be fluid to allow for flexible daily use.
The roof element was designed to harmoniously blend into the overall structure while adding visual stability and structural clarity from the outside. Materials such as wood and selectively placed greenery were used to reference regional building traditions and to support a warm, livable atmosphere.
